about me.

initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, i soon began to notice a more profound shift. yoga’s philosophical teachings introduced me to practices that deeply influence how i engage with the world, bringing clarity and awareness into my daily life.

i decided to take a step further and completed my initial teacher training with high yoga school. during this process, i discovered a true commitment to teaching and sharing yoga’s transformative potential with others. yoga has become an integral part of my life, and my teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that it should be accessible to everyone, whether you're new or have an established practice.

now trained in vinyasa, rocket, and yin, i teach with a balanced blend of energy and calm. my approach is centred on meeting students where they are, guiding them to honour their unique physical, emotional, and energetic states for a meaningful practice. i have a strong connection to music, which i integrate into each class to enhance the experience and deepen the flow.

my teaching extends beyond asana, with the intention that students leave each class feeling more grounded, centred, and better equipped to navigate life with presence and ease. above all, my hope is to guide students back to their truest self.
