about me.

i was born in the czech republic and discovered yoga in 2015. after moving to london, my engagement with the practice became more focused and consistent. its philosophical foundations playing a central role in how i approach yoga both on and off the mat, supporting clarity, awareness, and presence.

i chose to deepen my understanding by completing my initial teacher training with high yoga school. during this process, i developed a strong commitment to teaching and to sharing yoga in a way that is practical, supportive, and accessible.

trained in vinyasa, rocket, and yin, i offer classes that balance strength and movement with stillness and rest. my approach focuses on meeting students where they are, encouraging them to work with their own physical, emotional, and energetic needs to create a sustainable and meaningful practice.

my intention is to support students in returning to their inherent wisdom, helping them feel grounded, centred, and more able to navigate the challenges of everyday life.

alongside teaching public classes, i work as operations manager and co-teach at high yoga school.

“I met Mags for the first time at a yoga studio near my home a few months ago, and for me it was love at first sight. After joining my first class with her, I immediately felt a strong connection to her way of teaching and practising yoga. It very quickly became clear that I wanted to continue working with her through private sessions.

Today, I’m almost at the end of my first 10 private classes with her and already ready to sign up for the next 10.

Mags is truly a blessing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and listens carefully not only to what you say but also to what your body is communicating. She pays close attention to every detail and has an amazing ability to understand exactly what adjustments and corrections are best for you, helping you not only understand the pose better, but also find the version that truly works for your body.

She takes the time to listen to your goals and thoughtfully finds the best way to help you achieve them. She is supportive and encouraging, always pushing you to do your best, but in a way that feels respectful and mindful of where you and your body are each day. She is also always happy to adapt whenever something doesn’t feel right.

On top of all that, Mags is simply a lovely human being. She brings not only professionalism to her teaching, but also genuine kindness, warmth, and a beautiful perspective on yoga and life. My classes with her are always so enjoyable that time seems to fly by; it never feels like we’ve already been practising for a whole hour.”

“Mags is a wonderful teacher with a deep connection to the practice of yoga. Mags’ teaching style is accessible both to those who are new to yoga and those with an established practice - offering many options, thoughtful sequencing, precise cues and most importantly, a space for you to make the practice your own. Her classes, which combine breath and movement, are strong yet gentle, and leave you feeling both grounded and uplifted.”

“Mags is a truly gifted yoga teacher and genuinely beautiful human. Her classes leave me feeling refreshed, calm, fulfilled and ready to take on the week. She blends everything i love in a yoga class, the sounds, her words, her tone, the postures gliding from one to another, the positive affirmations in everything she says, from ‘follow your own breath’ to a golden nugget of wisdom. The thoughtfulness and care taken to craft each class is felt. She loves what she does and wants you to love it too - at your own pace, in your own energy, following your own breath. She guides, doesn’t force. I love every second!”
