crow workshop

saturday, january 7, 2-4 pm, £30

mudra yoga studio, stoke newington, N16 9HS

i’m holding space for another extended practice, this time focused on bakasana (crow pose).

the two-hour class will evolve in a steady, connected flow, open to anyone interested in building greater confidence in this arm balance. you might be approaching crow for the first time, or you may already practise it and want to refine technical details and play with transitions.

bakasana is both demanding and rewarding. it requires patience, steady practice, and readiness to work through fear. you might lift, might roll out, and might discover moments where alignment and ease come together. the intention is to nurture focus, curiosity, playfulness, and a compassionate, self-supportive approach to the practice.

you will be learning to move into and inhabit the shape, exploring it not just as a pose but as a way of recognizing its energetic qualities and as part of a series of transitions. the practice will support strength, alignment, and balance, while also inviting attention to the subtler aspects of the pose within your practice.

if you are unsure if this class is right for you please feel free to reach out. otherwise, i look forward to sharing this time with you.
